Menushka said: I personally hate this laptopI thought it was gonna be problem free given the high reputation asus has but this was an utter disappointment from day 1the list of problems just goes on and onthe multi function touchpad does not work properlyit works fine at times but then certain functions like the zoom and rotate do not work more often than notthe left button under the touchpad fails to highlight and move iconsthis too more often fails than notgoogle chrome constantly crashes infact i came across an article on te web posted by another asus user with the same problem I tried everything from updating drivers to a clean genuine reinstall of windowsthis fixed all problems for one day but come day 2 it started all over again this time worse infactthe audio driver kept crashing multiple times a dayI am so sick and mad at myself for buying this producti know most of you guys would thumb down this comment but i write this in all honesty hoping to give prospective buyers of this piece of crap an idea of what they are going to getdo yourself a favorbuy something else like dell or hpPS if anyone knows how to fix these problems please do leave a comment and help me out
