An excellent range of real-time dashboards and on-demand reports, very good abilities to monitor a wide range of devices, applications and services, and not a bad price either. But it needs a better user interface.
Pros:
Simple to get going
When you’re defining a new, unknown device, it’s very good at probing for the data it needs once you’ve supplied the credentials
Nice mix of real-time dashboards and historical reports
Cons:
Really suffers from the limitations of a browser-based interface

The web GUI makes it the most prtable and that makes sense for administrative purposes. The setup of devices isn't that bad, besides you only do that once, monitoring is slick and that's the bulk of the activity over time. This is an excellent product and a perfect example of the type of "Application" that should be web based. Thank you ManageEngine
